These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Apply Jobs For You website and services, operated by SenseSpark Hub Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By submitting our Get Started form, making a payment, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Services

Apply Jobs For You provides a managed job application service. This includes reviewing your resume and career profile, identifying relevant job opportunities, optimizing your resume and cover letter for individual roles, and submitting job applications on your behalf, in accordance with the package you purchase.

2. Authorization to Act on Your Behalf

By submitting your information and proceeding with payment, you grant SenseSpark Hub Inc. and Apply Jobs For You explicit authorization to:

• Use your resume, contact details, and related career information to identify and apply for relevant job opportunities on your behalf
• Submit job applications using your name, contact information, and supporting documents to employers, recruiters, and hiring platforms
• Create or tailor versions of your resume and cover letter for the purpose of these applications
• Communicate with you via email regarding the status of your applications

This authorization remains in effect for the duration of your active package and may be withdrawn by emailing support@applyjobsforyou.com, subject to our Refund Policy.

3. Client Responsibilities

To deliver our service effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and truthful information, including your resume, work authorization status, and contact details
• Respond to requests for clarification or additional information in a reasonable timeframe
• Notify us promptly if you accept a job offer, withdraw from the job search, or no longer wish to receive applications on your behalf

We are not responsible for delays, errors, or reduced results caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

4. Packages and Payment

We offer three packages — Starter, Growth, and Pro — each with a defined number of targeted job applications and an estimated delivery timeline, as described on our Pricing page. All packages are one-time fees, payable in full before work begins. Payments are processed securely via Stripe; we do not store your payment card details.

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith based on typical processing times and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

5. No Guarantee of Employment

We provide a structured, professional job application service. While our approach is designed to improve the quality, relevance, and visibility of your applications, we do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment of any kind. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, employer decisions, and individual qualifications.

6. Refunds

All refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy, which outlines how refunds are calculated based on applications completed at the time of the request.

7. Communication

All service-related communication takes place via email. Progress updates, including application tracking records and proof of submission, are shared with you at intervals appropriate to your package, as outlined during onboarding.

8. Data and Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including how we collect, use, retain, and protect your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SenseSpark Hub Inc. and Apply Jobs For You shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, income, or other career outcomes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Apply Jobs For You website, including text, design, graphics, and branding, is the property of SenseSpark Hub Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta.
