How will I know applications are actually being submitted?
You'll receive regular email updates throughout your plan — including a live tracking sheet and screenshot proof of every application submitted on your behalf. You're never left wondering what's happening behind the scenes.
What information do you need from me to get started?
After you submit our intake form, we'll need your resume, your target roles and industries, your location and relocation preference, and your work authorization status. Anything beyond that — like specific salary expectations or detailed preferences — we'll gather directly via email once we begin working on your applications.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, partial refunds are available based on how many applications have been completed at the time of your request. A flat 25% of your package price is non-refundable from the moment of payment, covering onboarding and initial work — the remaining balance is calculated based on applications completed.
