This Refund Policy explains how refunds are calculated and processed for services purchased through Apply Jobs For You, operated by SenseSpark Hub Inc.
We aim to be transparent and fair: because real work begins the moment your payment is received, our refund structure reflects the work already completed at the time a refund is requested.

1. Non-Refundable Onboarding Fee
A flat 25% of your total package price is non-refundable from the moment your payment is confirmed. This covers the work that begins immediately upon enrollment, including profile review, relevancy analysis, and initial resume and cover letter preparation — regardless of whether any applications have been submitted yet.
2. Refund Calculation for Applications Completed
The remaining 75% of your package price is allocated evenly across the total number of applications included in your plan. If you request a refund after some applications have already been completed, the value of those completed applications is deducted from the remaining 75%, and the balance is refunded to you.
Formula:
Refund = Total Paid − (25% of Total Paid) − (Per-Application Value × Applications Completed)
Per-Application Value = 75% of Total Paid ÷ Total Applications in Package
Example (Starter Plan — $299, 20 applications):
Non-refundable flat fee: $74.75 (25%)
Remaining pool: $224.25 (75%)
Per-application value: $224.25 ÷ 20 = $11.21
If 5 applications have been completed → Refund = $299 − $74.75 − ($11.21 × 5) = $168.20
This same formula applies proportionally to the Growth and Pro plans, based on their respective total price and application count.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@applyjobsforyou.com with your full name and the email address used at signup. We will calculate your refund based on the number of applications completed and confirmed at the time of your request, using the records in your application tracking sheet.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval, back to your original payment method via Stripe.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- All applications in your package have already been completed
- The refund request is made after the engagement has been fully delivered and closed
- The client has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information that materially affected our ability to deliver the service (e.g., an inaccurate resume, false work authorization status)
5. No Guarantee of Employment
Apply Jobs For You provides a job application management service. We do not guarantee interviews or job offers, and refunds will not be issued solely on the basis of not receiving an interview or job offer, provided the agreed-upon number of applications has been completed in accordance with our process.
